Al hacer clic en las imágenes, la caja de luz ya no funciona. Recibo el siguiente error 404. Veo los archivos, pero parecen estar buscando la versión 3.2.8

Por lo que ha informado, veo que el plugin no carga algunos recursos «críticos» para su funcionalidad. En algunos casos, esto puede deberse a una actualización fallida o permisos incorrectos en el servidor, por lo que es de esperar que desee reinstalar manualmente el plugin NextGen Gallery desactivándolo e instalando uno nuevo.
No se preocupe por sus galerías y configuraciones existentes, estas no se verían afectadas por el proceso de reinstalación del plugin.

Hola, eliminé el plugin anterior y lo instalé manualmente, pero aún así vi los mismos problemas.
¿Puedo enviarte el registro para que puedas verlo?

Hola @roosites,
¿Puedes intentar cambiar temporalmente a un efecto de caja de luz diferente desde «Galería -> Alternativas -> Efectos de caja de luz» como «Caja de luz simple» para ver si ese será visible?

Cuando voy a Galería »Alternativas, aparece una pantalla en blanco. Lo mismo cuando hago clic en la configuración de la galería
Actualicé a la última versión y todavía no se muestra.

Lamento oír hablar de este problema secundario. ¿Puede intentar desactivar temporalmente todos los plugins que no sean la Galería NextGen, activar un tema de la serie «Veinte» y luego intentar nuevamente para ver si las opciones son accesibles?

Intentemos comprobar lo básico. Póngase en contacto con su proveedor de alojamiento y compruebe si su entorno cumple con todos nuestros requisitos.

Notamos un error 404, así que también verifiquemos que sus permisos de archivo en WordPress sean correctos. Nota: si no sabe cómo hacer esto, puede preguntarle a su proveedor de alojamiento. 755 para todas las carpetas y subcarpetas. 644 para cada archivo.
