Recientemente recibimos un sitio de otro desarrollador. El sitio no se ha actualizado durante algún tiempo. Todo está actualizado en el sitio ahora.
Entré al sitio hoy para hacer algunos cambios en el contenido. Noté que el recuento de palabras era 0, aunque la página en sí tenía contenido. Si señaló el cuadro del editor de texto, el código estaba allí, pero «blanqueado». Además, no había opciones sobre el tema (Restablecer HTML5).

Finalmente, fue un problema de permisos, no estaba configurado para ejecutar permisos para usuarios de JavaScript, solo léalo. Después de que cambiamos eso, todo está funcionando ahora.
