Hola,
Quer铆a configurar PayPal Check, sin embargo, tengo algunas preguntas en este momento. Actualmente estoy usando el m茅todo Sandbox para probar los pagos primero. Mi preocupaci贸n es que cuando se confirma el pago desde la ventana de PayPal, en lugar de completar la transacci贸n y ser redirigido a la p谩gina Pedido recibido, el cliente regresa a la p谩gina. Verifique d贸nde se supone que deben completar su informaci贸n de facturaci贸n, esta vez solo, solo el nombre completo y la direcci贸n de correo electr贸nico del cliente son visibles y no comestibles. No hay transacciones pendientes en el lado de la cuenta del vendedor de PayPal ni ning煤n pedido pendiente en WooCommerce. Y no se dedujo el saldo de PayPal del cliente. Adem谩s, estoy interactuando desde la p谩gina del carrito porque si intento hacerlo desde la p谩gina de pago, PayPal muestra 芦Devolver al comerciante禄.
No creo que el problema est茅 en la configuraci贸n de mi cuenta de PayPal, ya que prob茅 PayPal Standard y el pedido se realiz贸 sin ning煤n obst谩culo. Tenga en cuenta tambi茅n que me puse en contacto con el soporte de PayPal y dijeron:
鈥淎l verificar, el 煤nico paso que falta para recibir el pago es la llamada final a la API que PayPal espera de su parte. Debido a que la solicitud final de la API no se realiza de su lado, no podemos capturar el pago.
Le sugiero que consulte el c贸digo de su plugin para averiguar qu茅 falta para realizar la 煤ltima llamada a la API para resolver el problema. 芦

Entiendo que tiene problemas cuando se le lleva a una p谩gina de confirmaci贸n para completar el pago tan pronto como inicia sesi贸n en su cuenta PayPal para completar el pago. Mencionaste que no te permite completar la informaci贸n de facturaci贸n. Eso ser铆a por defecto, ya que PayPal tendr铆a esa informaci贸n tan pronto como el cliente inicie sesi贸n en su cuenta. Luego ser铆an redirigidos a su sitio para completar el pago:

驴Hay alguna pregunta que el pago no se realiza cuando hace clic en Realizar pedido?
Si este es el caso, 驴puede asegurarse de que los registros de depuraci贸n est茅n habilitados en la configuraci贸n del plugin, realice otra prueba y h谩ganos saber lo que ve en los registros de depuraci贸n en WooCommerce> Configuraci贸n> pesta帽a Registros> registro de paypal-express de ah铆 la marca de fecha / hora de la hora en que realiz贸 la prueba.

En la parte en la que el cliente no puede editar la informaci贸n de facturaci贸n, esto sucede despu茅s de que la ventana del modo PayPal se retira despu茅s de que se confirma la transacci贸n.

Para aclarar el proceso, el usuario hace clic en el bot贸n para pagar con PayPal> puede iniciar sesi贸n en su cuenta para que todos los detalles de env铆o / facturaci贸n se agreguen sin ingresar> confirmar una compra y ser redirigido a su sitio> luego ven el correo electr贸nico / nombre cualquier otro detalle como se esperaba> luego completan la compra.
No tengo claro si uno de estos pasos funciona como se describe anteriormente en alg煤n momento durante sus procesos. Los datos comestibles de forma predeterminada en la 煤ltima p谩gina de confirmaci贸n no se devuelven a su sitio.
