La misma pregunta que les hice, aunque no parecía perderme un seguimiento sin querer.
¿Qué tan cómodo se siente con la edición de código?
Pensando que podría hacer algo como lo siguiente alrededor de la línea 119 del archivo en cuestión.
$youtube_details = '';
$vimeo_details = '';
de esa forma al menos están definidos, aunque estén vacíos hasta que se definan poco después.
